What's included in NX X Design Advanced for CAD?

NX X Design Advanced builds on the CAD capabilities of the NX X Design Standard product with a variety of enhancements and additional features to boost design efficiency and quality including re-useable, configurable templates for common features that can drastically reduce design time and reduce duplication of effort. Automated real-time validation, photorealistic rendering and 3D annotation all also allow for improvements throughout the product development process.

NX X Design Advanced also includes base-level data management from Teamcenter and collaboration capabilities and the tools necessary to integrate with existing Teamcenter data management solutions.

Data management: MCAD data management, document management, check in/check out, visualization, revisions and release, revision configuration, where-used indication and discussion and tasks

Design modeling: Feature-based solid modeling, Synchronous Technology, core Convergent Modeling, drafting, assemblies, basic freeform modeling, user-defined features
